This video demonstrates an exercise you can learn in a minute and do anytime you have a minute. It’s all about step and stretch and the instruction is very clear and easy to follow. I can’t actually promise a sexy butt and legs but it’s pretty easy to do, you will feel virtuous, and it will be good for you.

Great workout ideas.
I am going to try this - in those spare minutes that seem to add up over the course of a day. Can be done while waiting for a cup of coffee to finish brewing (at work or at home) or waiting for the photocopier.
(My knees are starting to ache just while I'm thinking about it however.)
Its no secret, exercise is the answer.
Be a dancer. I used to do ballet & Spanish dancing. It's kept me in good health.
