i have general anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic attacks and depression. Medication makes me functional and makes things bearable but it never goes away. You can't be cured of an anxiety disorder.

It is possible to reduce your anxiety and stress by doing some exercises. These can put you back in control. I use Tai Chi Chuan, but Qi Kung, Yoga, belly dancing, martial arts, in fact any thing that involves movement and thinking about something other than what is causing the anxiety can help. If you do it with a group it is even better.
Stress and anxiety can be interrelated.
NEED TO TAKE TIME OUT IN YOUR DAY TO MEDITATE,, AND ALSO SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE POSITIVE...
I believe that our modern lifestyle is the cause for constant anxiety.
