cinnamon sticks
cardamon seeds

Thank you :)
Thank you Annie B. for these tips. I have never tried the cardamom seeds. Will have to soon.
Have tried them all, quite tasty although the clove bits can get annoying and the cinnamon sticks can break into a few shards here and there. Ginger is good as well, especially in a tea!

Interesting information. No sure about the cloves but I will definitely try the cardamom seeds.
I don't like cloves at all, but I would like to try the cardamon seeds. I'm a lover of garlic and onions, so this is great advice for me! Thank you!
I've heard about cloves a lot; think I'll try them out.
