This article contains many absolutes which do not work well for all people. I have a routine and keep to the same schedule every night, yet I still wake up the next morning without feeling refreshed. I do not use any sleep meds prescribed or otherwise. When my fatigue is at its worse, I can take a 2 or 3 hour nap and still sleep all night. But, I wake up feeling unrefreshed. It does not matter how much sleep or how little sleep I get. I would not even bother with a 30 minute nap. Sheesh!

When my 1 year old kitty Timothy stops waking me up at 4:45 AM I'll be able to get way more sleep. Tried lots of things but right now they aren't working. But, he is so delightful and loving it's hard to stay upset with him for long.
