I know this sounds silly, but when I go to bed, I, after closing my eyes, "pull" my eye balls down and all thoughts I have had at that time, disappear at once. Everything goes blank instantly and I'll fall asleep within 5 minutes or even quicker. Friends and relatives have tried the same thing and it doesn't work for any of them. I have no idea why this works for me but I am sure glad it does. Should anybody try this out and if it works for any person, I would like to hear abut it. Just leave a comment and I will be notified by e-mail.

Bach rescue sleep is all natural and does help - I lost my mom, dog and wife last year and my MS was acting up, it just calms the mind without making you groggy.
