Pomegranates

Beets

Garlic, onions, leeks, scallions, chives and shallots contain sulfur compounds that may protect against heart disease and some cancers, they can all help the liver eliminate toxins and carcinogens.

Thank-you for the interesting article. Maybe this time I'll get credits for doing a Daily Action & leaving a comment. Most likely this will be another futile attempt. But Care2 has 21 million members. I highly doubt they are all active. Anyone else having issues with logging in & staying logged in?
