Celery and Celery Seeds. Celery and celery seeds are excellent blood cleansers and contain many different anti-cancer compounds that help detoxify cancer cells from the body. Celery seeds contain over twenty anti-inflammatory substances. It is particularly good for detoxifying substances found in cigarette smoke.

Thanks for all the great info.
Since most of these are already part of my regular diet it is always good to eat these foods in non toxic organic form, especially for the ones a person can grow at home. Too cold to grow my own lemons and tropical items but some of these are grown locally and organically.
Delightful, these treasures are already a vital part of my foods and are enjoyable and colourful!
