Giving thanks - to a friend, family member, someone in your community, or even just to the Universe - can make all the difference in the world. Gratitude raises your energy in a positive way and brings abundance into your life and the lives of others. Even a bad day - or a an unpleasant situation - can be turned around just by finding something to give thanks for in the moment.

Reflect each day on all you have to be grateful for and you will receive more to be grateful for.” - Chuck Danes

For Twitter users:  One way to give thanks today and share positive energy with the world is to take part in #caretuesday. It’s like #followfriday, but instead you tweet the names of caring friends or organizations that are making a difference. Share your gratitude here.

Here’s how in four easy steps:
1. Start with “#caretuesday”. It’s called a “hashtag” and helps to identify your post as part of the caretuesday movement.

2. You can enter an optional short message about why you are grateful.

3. Enter the twitter account names of your favorite caring friends or organizations.

4. Submit your update to spread your gratitude to all your followers.

Your tweet will look something like this:

What are you thankful for in this moment? Who is making a difference in your world today? Share your gratitude today. It’s quick, easy, and makes a difference!

I'm wondering what I've done to earn a Green Tick from you? I'm not a Twitter, as you've called me, yet do enjoy chatting/talking to my personal friends/family when they're on line! It's summer time in the UK, therefore folks spend more time out. The art of conversation, is fast becoming a dying art and it annoyance me; because those of us without speech - we struggle to be understood.Yes, my speech is impaired has been from birth.

Gratitude is the greatest treasure which needs to be found in every heart of human being. Today I am grateful to God for creating this beautiful universe for you and for me. Let us together work for its peace and harmony.

I beleive every thing happens for a reason, sometimes we dont see it that way, but as time goes by we start to understand that God took care of things for us, and we have nothing but gratitude for him thank you lord.
