I have always found Native American practises generally helpful. Night times used to be dreaded for me. I would have strange dreams and wake up in the middle of the night feeling dread and fear, and also always felt like someone was watching me. Than I put up a dreamcatcher, and all was well. Right now we don't have a dreamcatcher (they're made by natives here so they charge more because for a lot of the natives it is their living) yet and my husband and I are expierencing strange dreams.

I’ve often wondered what life would be like now if we had adopted the ways of the Native Americans. I have no doubt that this country and possibly the world would be much better off. Seems very similar to ancient Chinese philosophies.
