Poor people often can't afford healthy food and a lot of starch. No surprise that our poorest states have the fattest people.
This is more than obvious. If you eat too much and do not burn the calories, certainly will accumulate in your belly.
When I was twenty I weighed 115 pounds. That was a long time ago. Right now I weigh 114......Same weight as way back when. The most I ever weighed was 160 when I was pregnant with my son.
