While you may think of a blood test as nothing more than an annoying annual formality, there’s a lot more that you can learn from your blood, as long as you know the right questions to ask it.
This new infographic, by WellnessFX and Column Five Media, outlines some of the useful health information you can learn from your blood, from your heart attack risk to your Vitamin D levels. Even if you don’t plan to go get a blood diagnostic test, you can still learn from its suggestions of which foods help and hinder cholesterol levels and inflammation. Check it out below!

thank you =)
Thanks for the article.
Fish oil: DHA is the single most important and biologically functional nutrient in fish oil.
Skip the minimum daily recommended 240mg of DHA/day. I go with 900mg./day DHA(not fish oil, but the DHA in fish oil), the optimal amount for healthy brain function, heart function and gland function.
The value of EPA(in fish oil, the larger copmponent) is only in its limited ability to be converted to DHA in the body.
Thanks so much!
