I think it's interesting that we keep "discovering" some new something that will guarantee fitness, only to see the majority of the world proliferating with eating disorders, bad body images, or falling back into routines that don't take up hours of your day. Eat well, keep moving doing normal chores, instead of sitting watching the boob tube, pay attention to what works for you and what doesn't. The rest is to get you to pay $.

thank you for this superb article. I devoured every bit of information as I am trying to increase the time of my 10k run, and no matter how many times I run or for how long I stay the same. From now on I will incorporate interval training into my regime.
