+ add your ownDid not know about coffee being twelve, answered eight. Coffee seems to affect people in different ways, I can drink it at two in the morning and if forgetting decaff then I sleep just fine. Others are tossing and turning all night or morning as the case may be.
My bedtime hours are really messed up going to sleep around seven or nine in the morning and waking up around three to five in the afternoon-bet that warps my system big time.
One can always try catnip tea before retiring-an hour or two prior to going to bed-in cats it gets them frisky while in humans-sold in health food stores or grow your own--makes most of us sleepy.
There are many medical issues that cause people to have a bad sleep as well.
Yes, 15 pages is long, but then it is nice not to have the answer in front of me and then I always end up reading everyone's comments afterwards as well which takes me a lot longer in many cases than clicking on 15 pages.
It is sad that we are so overworked or have so little time on our hands that we cannot slowly click through the articles-but it is rare that it is 15 pages and when there is a quiz that is not really unexpected.
Thanks!
Thasnks for the information.
Thanks
There are differences in how people respond to each of the conditions described. A small amount of alcohol, no more than one beer or a four-ounce wine with supper, may help a sleeper get to bed. More will definitely devalue the sleep he gets. Turkey meat helps induce sleep, so a turkey sandwich and a cup of chamomile tea are great before-bed snacks. The article is a great set of suggestions.
When the body has too many toxins, the endocrine system shuts down-literally! This means that a diet of more B et.al. vitamins, less carbs, and less stress will assist with a better nights' rest.
I found out when I went through menopause...hashimoto's thyroiditis! That's yeast overload with thyroid shutdown. Or at least getting close to it! I started to cut back on the carbs, ate what 'Healing Naturally By Bee' instructed, and started to feel better. But alot of healing symptoms that cannot be avoided.
You won't regret using this life changing food program.
It's what we evolved on!
Sarai, I have to agree. I have read so many of these articles, seen so many news stories, tried so many things and still I can't sleep. Either that or I wake up after an hour or two, wide awake. If there was something I could do that actually worked, I would be doing it!
Good advice
I love sleep so much... I really do not get as much as I should... I must make it a greater priority!
Thank you!
