Wisdom From Sophia Love

Wisdom From Sophia Love

Fall in love with yourself. This is it. You are here now on purpose, in this unique, exquisite body with your brilliant mind and enormous heart. Burst out of the constraints of “should” and “have to” and just “be.” Gracefully dance into freedom.

You are here to love. The hardest person for you to love is reading these words right now. Let go of all your evidence for imperfection, today. You are perfect where you stand. What you don’t have, you don’t need.

Unconditionally and absolutely say yes to love, every time, with no exceptions and without judgment. Experience the freedom of agape, unconditional self love, right now.

This kind of love depends on no one but you. Once you open your heart and accept yourself, the rest of us come flooding in! Your life will explode with affection and the capacity of your heart will astound you.

There are no limits to the love that you are or to the love that you have to give. There is nothing you can do that will disappoint our creator. There is nothing you can do that will stop the flow of love….Continue reading at InspireMeToday.com.

Yes it's so good to be as loving...as gentle...and as attentive with ourselves, as we so often are with animals and people who we care about.... We humans tend to pester ourselves with plenty of negative thoughts pretty much unconsciously all the time... reminders to slip out of self defeating mental habit patterns are always welcome..!

Might I be the voice of a different realism. No, my body isn't exquisite, but I've learned to live with it, warts and all, and it's not a great problem, but it's hardly exquisite, and, yikes, it does keep changing as the years go on. I'm told there's nothing I can do to disappoint the creator.
I don't know who the creator is. I think I'm in this place to learn a lesson and that's what I must do, and yes, that involves opening my heart, being non-judgemental, and doing the most I can for others...and myself. I just find it hard to read these things because I don't get a handle on reality, with simply, love, love, love, when reality outside talks about wars, hatred and dissension. Give me a handle on dealing with the child molester, the wife-beater...ooops, these are topics we don't deal with, do we?

Love lemons! Cool tips thank you! :)

I am surprised at a number of suggestions in this article ... rather unenlightened, I think. Just on…
