oh health guru, you so disappoint every time! if only everyone worked in a relaxed office environment. if i left to walk around every hour, i would have plenty of time to go to the gym. i would be unemployed!

I get up and walk around every 20 minutes. I think it's improved my chronically horrible posture just a little bit. =)

And Gloria P., you are so right. I am incredibly lucky to have the sh*tty, boring, low-pay job I have. So I hear ya.
