A very versatile spice. Thanks Shubhra.
My Mom, age 91, still goes to the nearby nursing home and plays the piano for "the old people" there…

Wow and thank you
I appreciate the intent, but hearing affirmations from a stranger on a screen...it just doesn't do anything for me.
Loved it, what a great person and very insightful!

I experienced the exact same insight when I was watching a Cover Girl commercial that had a voiceover say (something along the lines of) "Not born with long eye lashes? Use this product..." I was thinking, "Excuse me? Did you just say that I was born with an imperfection? Did you just say I'm not good enough?" Ever since then, I've regained my own sense of power and learnt that only by loving yourself enough can you become the more perfect You in body, size, shape, appearance but most importantly in spirit. NO ONE determines who I am except me. So ladies, take your power back! You are enough!
:)
Thank you Sheena!
