Your Daily Chill Out

Chillout: Kindness is often overlooked or undervalued. Which is a pity as it takes only a very small amount of it to turn someones day from bad to wonderful.

KINDNESS, is a gift, we give/receive instantly!....2012, when things are so hard,WE ALL NEED TO GIVE/RECEIVE IT, EVERYDAY, LIKE A VITAMIN FOR LIFE!!!

So true! In my own experience, I find kindness is often mistaken as a sign of weakness by those less generous.

Prem Rawat, honorary title of Maharaji gave me his gift of Knowledge in 1980.This meditation offers a simple but incredible way to experience peace within. Kindness flows freely from this wellspring of inner peace bringing joy into everyday experiences.
I am truly appreciate and value life more as my experience deepens daily.
So I am pleased to share The Keys which is an introduction to Prem Rawat and the experience he freely offers to everyone.

''Kindness is often overlooked or undervalued.

How true is that statement?
I can see and notice that there are many people these days who should know better and it seems they havent been taught manners of thank you, being kind, appreciating someone who has done something for them and have taken that person for granted. It takes a big effort not to taken on that negative when all along these unappreciative people go about their business and not caring about anything or anyone other than themselves of what they can get for themselves.
It has become rife. I see younger people who have parents who are in the list above who never teach or pull their kids up for their childrens lack of kindness. The rudeness you see today is rife and I am sure there are many here who reel at the flippancy of people who just done care. Dont see, Dont want to see, or say or do but take and leave a trail of destruction they dont know about in their wake. Dear me............its sad and it takes a fine person to try and chill out over such terrible slights. I am sure ... I am not alone on this. It happens all the time.
Why is this so....ego I guess.. and a time of 'me! me! me!
Im actually quite disillusioned.
