This magic mask formula calls for only two ingredients, but the combination will help to smooth and soften your skin, giving your face a fresher, more youthful appearance.

Good for all skin types, including troubled skin, this easy formula is great for use before any special occasion, or as a weekly skin-nourishing boost to help your skin look as young and vibrant as possible. Here is the formula:

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons flax seeds
Just enough water to cover flaxseeds
1 tablespoon Brewer’s yeast
More water as needed

1. Allow the seeds to sit in the water until a gel is formed. (If you’re in a hurry, boil the seed and water mixture until the seeds burst and the gel forms. Allow to cool.)

2. Add the Brewer’s yeast and more water if needed to make a soft pasty gel.

3. Spread the mask over a clean face and allow to dry, then rinse with tepid water.
