Some sick MFer tied the legs of two dogs together before dumping them in 115 degree temperatures!! They need to be found and prosecuted, yet the sheriff's department isn't really working to do so! Please write at the address given in comments! They died.

The captain and first officer of the anti-sealing ship Farley Mowat have been charged with interfering with the seal hunt after a confrontation with a Canadian Coast Guard. Their vessel was boarded and seized Saturday by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
