HCM2003 ("Opposing the North American Union") was just voted on in the AZ House and it failed. If one of the Representatives whom voted "NO" on this bill moves for reconsideration within 24-hours, then discussion is re-opened & previous vote is null.

Ahhh, yes...in a John McCain state, it's great to be down-sized...esp. when it comes to military bases!! Luke AFB planning 7% reduction in workforce - every %-pt is good news to me! F-16 fighter fleet by 25 planes!!
