How horribly barbaric. To dump a puppy is bad enough. But to wrap in it in a plastic and hope it will sufficate is sick. I hope they find the Monster that did this and they pay dearly. Thankfully someone found the puppy in time and was compassionate enought to save it.

Worse than animal HUMAN. Ther i am sorry to say some very nasty people around that do not care about animals. Surely they could have advertised the puppy to give away to a good home for free. Failing they could have taken it to an animal rescue service.

Jail.. Jail... Jail.. and a huge fine... and more jail......keep them behind bars.. then put them in a nicely wrapped plastic bag in a box and dump them.... I usually don't make such drastic comments.. this is getting crazy what people do... no integrity.. no sense.. no nothing... except sheer stupidity..............ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hope they find the culprit and make him or her pay..put him or her behind bars and let them work for hours from sunrise to sunset with very little food and very little water to make them feel what "almost "murder feels like!

This is sad to many people are doing this, My friend who works cleaning up a shopping area, always finds Puppies even with umbilical cords still attached, and kittens in this one trash can behind Rite Aide. This is terrible we think it is the same person probably as a whole cats and dogs and when the have babies they just dump them there. One time my friend called my attention to a box right by the bus stop there was three kittens and one was out of the box not even alive. I took them home and kept them for awhile and called my friend whom is always picking up cats and kittens she works with people that traps, neuters and spays and finds them homes or takes them to a feral colony where they are fed and watched over. I've also bottle fed like 5 kittens that were thrown in that trash can. What are these people thinking they could always, take them to the humane society where fosters are willing to take them home and bottle fed them.

It sickens me that people just do not care. This was the only alternative? If you do not want an animal or cannot keep one, run an ad, talk to friends and relatives, go the the local shelter, good grief, there are things that can be done, besides this cruelty. What the hell is going on in this world?

Another sicko. Why in the hell do humans get animals and then decide that they are not convenient. I take in abused Rottys--that is my joy--but I want to do some serious harm to the people that had them before me. I really hope that they find this barbarian and send him to jail. Thank you Cher.

FIRSTY GLAD OF THE HAPPY ENDING FOR CHARLIE, AND THANK YOU TO THE KIND PERSON THAT RESCUED HIM. AS FOR THE COWARDLY SCUMBAGS THAT INFLICTED THIS HORRIFIC CRUELTY ON LITTLE CHARLIE...THEY WILL MEET THEIR MATCH ONE DAY,AND HOPEFULLY SOONER THAN LATER..I BELIEVE EVIL PEOPLE LIKE THEM GET PAID BACK TWOFOLD FOR THEIR CRUELTY TO INNOCENT ANIMALS.

I would almost say, and eye for an eye, do the same to that monster, wrap him or her in a plastic bag, and through him or her in the garbage, that's where he or she belongs.

Another extremely SICK PSYCHO at loose in our country!!

Thank goodness this dear little soul was rescued in time...I truly thank the VERY kind gentleman!

Poor little thing. I can't believe someone would do this to such a little cutie. I'm so glad he is going to be OK and I really do hope that they catch this person. It's a shame that the justice system is so lenient on these type of sick people and he or she will probably only get a slap on the wrist.
