Puppy mills have proliferated Missouri for decades because of the lax enforcement of regulations and many rural areas that allow shady breeders to operate unseen. The practice is most common in the Ozarks.

They exist on nearly every farm road in MO. I once lived across our farm road from one. Sickening.

Does your state want to known for animal cruelty? I know that you do not thank you for stopping this animal cruelty known as puppy mills
