Plagued by uninvited guests? Try throwing out a welcome mat like this. The 11-ft alligator was spotted lying very still on a suburban doorstep in Florida, doing its best to blend in with the garden decor.

These situations are bountiful in Florida where the overpopulations of alligators are, great arcticle, Cher

I lived in Florida 40 years-I've seen so many of these guys-crawling out of the intra-coastal and onto the evening news-and my friend Seminole Chief Johnny Tiger in Davie Florida taught me how to get my cat to go to sleep with his feet in the air the same way they put the alligators to sleep at the alligator wrestling camp in Davie by rubbing their bellies..

I once was horsebackriding at a ranch in Jupiter, Florida and we tied our horses up near a little pond-I turned around when I heard a snap and there was this alligator coming out of the pond and it was its jaws that we heard-they're hydraulic-the horses scattered of course-it was a small animal-this probably got flushed out of Big Cypress or something by the fires there. 11 feet is small guys-it's when they get to 20 feet that you don't want to open the you know they can stand up on their back feet ---.then they open the this
you guys are so sheltered!
