Signed and forwarded. This is so critically important! Thanks Cher! I added some comments and hope they are persuasive to my Congress members.
I am writing to you today to urge you to co-sponsor the FRAC Act (HR 2766 or S1215). There aren't many things more important to any thoughtful person than clean water. Our government should be vigorously protecting our water supplies - we deserve good government and we certainly pay enough for it. It's time for our government to start to work for us instead of against us, and I hope we can count on you to be on the side of clean water for all of us.

I have just put out a couple of news articles that included fracking and how awful it is. The public is lead to believe that natural gas is a safe and clean energy source....ha. So thanks for putting this posting on, am more than happy to add my two cents on this.

Thank you Cher! I'm so glad you put this up. These companies are starting to fracture in my part of NY now, and they tempt cash-strapped landowners in these bad economic times mightily. They don't disclose enough information about their processes and the ecological devastation they leave behind them is not reported on nearly enough. Signed and noted. I'm putting this on my Facebook.
