I should think they should receive help as they are so poor over there and there is always war. Poor women and children should be loved and treasured not raped, tortured and killed.

Thank you Cher. It's amazing that a country of this size is willing to do this with the help of other agencies. You'd think that the same thing could happen in America. But... oh yeah this is the land of the rich, wealthy and greed so please disregard that last sentence.

All I hear is free health care and support for the poor and pregnancies.
I don't hear any call for reduction of overpopulation of these species who constantly birth more and more into poverty situations.
Educate these primitives it is criminal to keep birthing children into this world without proper care and food.
Their primitive tribal cult beliefs of more children the wealthier they appear must be changed.
The mortality of both mother and child would decline and less suffering all around.
Regret the women's choice to chose groups disagree but they aren't living in those conditions.

There should be "free" health care for the whole population. To clarify this point free: it is free at the point of use but these health care systems have to be paid for, normally through taxation and national insurance contributions.
America, please note!
