Animal fur has long been common in fashion trends, with designers and consumers turning a blind eye to the brutal and inhumane practices of the fur trade. Each year fur factory operators and trappers slaughter hundreds of millions of animals to feed the

Why don't you all take a good look at the huge Fur-coat shop inside Ceasar's Palace in Las Vegas...and study the people who buy all those furs...ALL AMERICANS and not even one of them showing any shame as they wrap themselves in those luxurious garments which cost those poor animals their lives....Stop pointing the finger at others and clean up your own mess at home first...when you have done that, then you have right to "URGE" citizens of other countries to stop wearing fur... Thank God I live in the Tropics...The only fur in my house is "worn" by my cats...

I find it very sad shes sunk to this for money but Harrods London UK has the whole store oozing dead animals
all Italian designers Gucci Valentino Doce and Gabbana also DKN YSL Tom Ford you name them tame South American cats you name the fur even chinchillas minks (Mendel) so many Italian Spanish Japanese tourist buying It stopped for a while but it is all starting again with the cheap cat and dog fur from China brought in through Italy. There are very few TOP designers who refuse to use it also many two faced models It breaks my heart to see fur booming again. Anti fur people stand outside Harrods in all weathers but it really does not help The store makes millions and is always packed with mostly tourists The designers Dianne mentions are not the big money ones I do not know how they can sleep in their beds
Valentina had a whole room covered in baby mink in his London home I hope some one skins him alive one day and he can join the walls with the baby minks

The fur industry DISGUSTS me even more than the horrible 'animal food' industries because fur is COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY and only worn by VERY VAIN people who want to SHOW OFF to other vain and ignorant people. Signed & Shared! Any fashion designer who is so heartless about the millions of animals who, every year, are subjected to horrendous cruelty and suffering just for vanity's sake deserves to be publicly censured and boycotted. I urge everyone to boycott Diane Von Furstenburg until she shows that she has a heart for other sentient beings so victimized by this awful business! Most people don't see glamor when they see real fur, they hear an animal whose screaming in pain and see their blood on the fur. There's nothing glamorous about that- only aversion for the cruelty that is represented by wearing such a garment.

I use to buy Diane Von Furstenberg fashions but after I found out that she does not care for the suffering of Innocent Animals I stopped buying her label and so did all my family and friends, she disappoints me I thought that she had compassion and a heart, but her Cruel and selfish actions speak for themselves, she will NEVER be happy because MONEY is only good for a short time, let me ask her, how long does she think she is going to live? what is going to happen to all the Money that she has? who is going to get it? she will be long gone and all that she has saved is for nothing because she will return to the earth from where she came from!

Ecclesiastes, 3:19-20
"For the fate of the sons of men and the fate of the beasts is the same; as one dies, so dies the other; they all have the same breath, and man has no advantage over the beasts; for all is vanity. All go to one place; all are from dust, and all turn to dust again."

Think about that!!

Horrible and atrocious! I have never supported the fur industry and find it deplorable. This day in age when synthetic fur is available, there should be absolutely no reason for people to be manufacturing or buying furs made from innocent animals, and it should be illegal to wear or manufacture fur period! Other name brand companies have denounced this cruel practice so there should be no reason for Diane Von Furstenberg to continue fur manufacturing. Gross gross gross... how is that sexy, a dead animal draped over your neck?

Signed. Maybe women wearing fur in Las Vegas and New York are more numerous but it's not an excuse for
D. von Furstenberg to create fur coats. Fur should be prohibited anywhere and everywhere. It's simply shameful. The only fur I wear is artificial and I find it difficult to understand people who still wear fur. In fact people should be responsible enough not to buy fur any more. May be they should be taught!
