??? sounds much like the ever-more-uniquituous "Lifestyleism"

is shutting down golf-courses mentioned (the ywaste half of US municipal water) ?
is shutting down agro-industry, esp. meat-production mentioned ?

aarrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh no, this does not seem to be the case; ONLY
the usual nauseating regurgitating of cosmeticist ERSATZ-'actions'
for something a lot more intelligent have a look at:

Great tips not least because the part of England that I live in is under a drought order, a hose pipe ban is one thing of many restrictions, we have been told that it is likely to last until Christmas and that unless we get significant rain next winter there will be serious problems next year.

Great, I will print it out, keep it on my fridge and incorporate them in to my practices! However, the number one culprit for depletion of water sources is animal agriculture. If we could radically reduce or even eliminate eating meat and diary and we could make triple the progress.
