Thnx for doing Kesho & Alf's story Cher. I looked for a pic of Evindi but couldn't find one. I think it's very strange for the zoo to refer to these special brothers as 'mammals.' Mammals are urchants that live in the oceans like dolphins, whales, and sea turtles. Any species living on ground or that flies, including humans, are animals. I enjoyed all the pics and learned so much as I always do! Thnx again, Cher!

Lovely to see the Blue Iguana thriving again, a species that numbered less than a dozen in the wild just a decade ago. Also the reunion between the two Gorilla's is just lovely! :) Thanks Cher & Happy Weekend to you!

BarbCat SunshineLady: Not to rain on your parade, but "mammal" is the appropriate word for any animal that gives live birth and nurses its young, although I've seen monotremes (which lay eggs) included as well. "Animal" encompasses other types of creatures, including reptiles and amphibians.

Love the wildlife picture in their natural habitat. Don't like the zoo pictures as you can see the sadness in their eyes. Why the python had to die is something authories need to explain. It could have been sent back to it's native country. We need to ban exotic animals from being pets.
