Quantum dots (also known as nanocrystals) have certain electronic properties, which we can use to convert photons (light particles) into electricity in much the same way as with traditional solar cells.

If the elites won't release scalar logarithmic devices then nano solar is the next best thing. I just hope they remember where the off switch is. Out of control they could ask for their own planet.

Yay! Green energy! Our pool was converted 100% to solar. (the only thing my condo fees have so far gone towards that I agree with!)

Finally the engineering of NASA solar panels is making it to earthbound power generation. It's still relatively expensive; the cheapest way to start 'going solar' is to mount a Climax tank on the roof for hot water preheating.

Always good to hear about advances in solar energy generation, it's the way to go, just not huge solar farms as they will end up being as big a problem as the open pit and oil shale mines.

Anything that saves money on fuel and saves the planet is great news. Thanks for posting.
