Shell Oil has been allowed to bend the rules too many times. Although its oil-spill containment barge hasn't passed inspection, the Interior Department is allowing Shell to begin the initial drilling phases in Alaska's Chukchi Sea.

Signed & Noted. If they can't or won't clean up their mess in Nigeria how can they be trusted in the Arctic. Allowing Shell to continue is a guarantee for another major disaster that can never be cleaned up.
BAN ALL OFF-SHORE DRILLING.

Look at Prince William Sound, Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, Nigeria and one of the worst ones is Sibiria, there are many more.
