When it comes to cleaning, there's a clear catch-22: most traditional cleaning techniques simply swap dust and biodegradable food particles for nasty chemicals that pose potential health risks. Sure, your counter looks nice, but is it really so "clean"

Thanks Cher...I will give myself an A+ on this one--do all the things in the article. Also use spices as air fresheners.

The tip on de-cluttering your house is a great tip. People don't realize how dirty their house really is until they begin to get rid of their "stuff" and see the dirt underneath.

Baking soda and vinegar are the most used items for cleaning . Instead of fabric softener use vinegar !

Great tips. I'm a big fan of vinegar and baking soda. I laughed when I read, "Unless you live in a place as humid as the rainforest, " because I do! It bucketed down for nigh on 5 hours yesterday and today I was chasing sunbeams to get things partially dry. Then they just need a few minutes in the dryer to finish.

thanks for sharing,.... I must say, we are doing good then, as far as possible, look for any product endorsed by BWC (Beauty without cruelty)....and that is biodegradable, doesn't matter what, we will still be causing harm in one way or the other..... that's what we do.....
