Cher, Thanks for posting this. Water shortages are going to create terrible hardship in many parts of the world over the next decade or two. Climate change and the ensuing droughts will only exacerbate the problem, especially for those living in poorer parts of the world. They are already struggling now. We in the progressive movement need to address the issue of climate justice, and how our behavior here in the West is affecting climate and water conditions around the globe.
