After Hurricane Sandy devastated the tri-state region, hundreds--if not thousands--of pets were left stranded. Numerous animal rescue organizations, joined by dedicated volunteers, have been working around the clock to provide care and shelter to animals

For those who have donated, thank you so much. Because the shelters are at max. the HSUS, and hundreds of volunteers visit homes daily to care for pets that living in abandoned/ unlivable homes. The only comfort is, they are alive.
