Noted and read - but Non US so unable to sign. Our borders are so close in the
Artic that it effects Canada also. I signed a petition two days ago about the polar bears holed up in a type of tunnel In Greenland, as their were several in the group, it was thought odd. They know obviously that the weather and ice have changed. I sure wish I had an answer for these beautiful bears!
