This is insane! I can't believe that they would make this statement even if it is their plans simply because this sends a message to all the rest of the countries that whatever they do will not shift the balance to reduce global warming.

This inaction will create runaway sea level rise and dramatically change the landscape's ability to support the creatures that live in the different climate zones on this planet. It's time to move north.
