yeah, yeah, you can legally trap, skin and decapitate outside of NP boundaries, but not in. But don't illegally dump it. So pay attention all animals, make sure you don't step out of NP boundaries !! ARGGHHHHHHHHH

This is so heart wrenching. What evil bastards do this? None of it makes sense..inside boundaries-outside. In any event I hop they catch the filth who did this and so the same to them. I am beyond sick of all of it.
