authorities and about 200 villagers had launched a search for the tiger, adding that the aim was to push the creature further into the remote mountainous border area rather than kill it.

What a horrific thing to witness I feel for the man that lost his wife. But reality these people know how few tigers are left in the world I admire the fact there still trying to save the cat.
