Noted by a Canadian who is often ashamed of the way her country manages natural resources.

I have to wonder, what exactly is the symbiotic relationship between these natural gas stores and the "oil sands" the article mentions? And how is this natural gas to be extracted. I hope not by fracking! I'm afraid the article doesn't give me enough specific information to now whether or not this is a positive thing from the environmental standpoint.
