I'm glad this went to court, as Teck also has to pay the court costs as well. Good for them.

Important decision. Yes, greedy companies are still using our water and air for disposal. This huge mining company can figure out how to follow the rules.

It's about damn time these large polluters started paying for their toxic messes. I am so tired of them getting away with what nearly amounts to murder. Murder of the water, air, environment and the marine life, wildlife and humans who count on clean resources to live.
