These wonderful animals are falling through the cracks. If protections are not put in place immediately they will no longer swim our seas, will no longer lay on our beaches. We demand that better laws be put in place to protect them.

Stop the subsidies and tax breaks of $41 million for the oil and gas companies. Maybe there was a time that these incentives were needed, but not now. They are doing extremely well these days with all the new "finds of oil and gas fields." Use the money for more immediate human needs. Please save the sea lions in their natural environments. Each creature of God has a purpose on earth, just as we do.
