Let's intensify the pressure on the governments of both Macau and Australia, and show them how many people care about greyhounds.

Please do the following three things today:

1.Send a polite e-mail to Macau Chief Executive Dr. Chui Sai On at........,

and ask that the Canidrome be permanently closed.

2.Send a polite e-mail to Australia's Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator Joe Ludwig at.....,

and ask him to immediately halt the export of greyhounds to Macau.

3.Forward this e-mail to everyone you know who cares about greyhounds.

Right now, there are hundreds of greyhounds living at the Canidrome dog track in Macau. These dogs are kept in small cages, and every single one will eventually be killed. I need your immediate help to end this cruelty.

Over the past year, we worked with Animals Australia, Animals Asia, and ANIMA in fighting for changes at the Canidrome, the only legal dog track in China. The situation is terrible for dogs at this facility. Every year hundreds of greyhounds are imported from Australia, and all are killed when they are injured or no longer profitable. Also, we have documented severe injury problems at the Canidrome.

Although our campaign has made progress, there is a lot more work still left to do. That is why we recently sent a letter to all of the major animal protection groups worldwide, asking them to join us and speak with one voice for the Macau greyhounds. So far, the response has been overwhelming. More than two dozen animal protection organizations have agreed to help, and are joining this important effort

Here we have the greed of humans again and unfortunately it's a worldwide problem once a dog no longer makes money its disposed of one way or another and even when they are making money in a lot of cases they are treated very badly! Here in Britain we have greyhound rescue organisations trying to stop greyhounds being dumped or murdered by trying to persuade and educate the owners to seek help from these organisations so the dogs can be re-homed and it at least works for some here's to the day when it works for all !!!

emailed both parties. Humans have access to higher conscious states, and it is so hard to look around and see the vast majority of people ignoring this fact and opposing all that sustains life on Earth by destroying, dominating, using, killing, eating beings...the results of this ignorant attitude to the entire planet are obvious.

These Beautiful & Faithful Animals are being totally Used and Savagedly Abused. Once when the money making season gets over the Animals' plight are in jeopardy!!! This human practice is utterly Vicious and brutal. Bring the laws to help these innocent dogs. At the end of their performance it should be compulsary for the so called owners to find the "For ever Homes for the animals to spend their life with freedom and to live like a dog" If they cannot be responsible then they should not be allowed to own these Dogs. Period. World has changed & the Rules need to be changed as well.
