I've done most of these things and they really do work. My cats love to listen to Classical music. I put it on the radio by my bed every night and they will lay up close to the radio and listen to the music.

Most cats need the stability of a peaceful environment and routine. (just like the rest of us) A little catnip can help, too! Seriously. My 17 year old Bettina was discovered to be in renal failure over 2 years ago when she went to the vet's for another problem. She suffers from 3 chronic health issues, and every day she visits her catnip plants several times. My husband calls it Bettina's "medical marijuana".

Thank you Cher. I found out the hard way for a stressed cat. Bit the hand the tries to help you, swelled like a baseball mit. Still love those kitties. THX
