I love the concept. Although Venice has other pollution issues, car exhaust is not one of them. What a great place just to walk.

Thanks! I hope it catches on everywhere, because it's a good idea even for people who have relatively earth-friendly cars. It gives a chance to diversify one's transportation experience and learn about even better forms of transit and how they can work together.
