No doing it. Too much whining. When there are much more important issues that involve humans. When humans are starving in the US and have no place to live we are going to waste tax money on a dog who is dead. Nope we have real problems to solve and spend tax money on rather than some emotional junk.

So sad
I am helping with medical treatment at the moment for one poor dog with two fractured legs that was left out in freezing temperatures for three days and has already had one leg amputated Animals cannot speak for themselves and if an example is not set for people that do these things then people think its ok I do not consider
that unwarranted cruelty is emotional junk

if someone can't provide the necessary provisions for an animal, they don't deserve to have one. adequate shelter isn't hard to provide. that poor dog shouldn't have been outdoors anyway; they should have just let him out to do his business & let him back in. i'm beyond disgusted w/this case. i signed but i almost feel it's futile.

hey Scott, if you want to help feed the hungry & shelter the homeless--if that's what you support-- that's cool & i commend you. but animals have rights also. if ppl choose to put their time, energy, money & heart (like ME) into helping animals, then let them. don't belittle them.

Signed! Yeah, Scott is being pretty darn callous. People who would let a dog freeze to death are probably mistreating their spouses and kids as well. So even if you don't care that the poor dog is dead, you should at least care that the sick monster is getting away with cruelty and will likely dole out some more to other innocent bystanders.

To Scott, accept that people care about different things and don't belittle them. Well said Gysele and Christine, I am with you on that.Thank's Cher.

Scott, you're entirely in the WRONG AREA!!! There's no whining going on here, just people getting some action for the animals. Animal abuse and neglect ARE very real problems that need addressing and yes, tax dollars to stop it! Frankly I don't give a rat's ass about the human race, it's the worst scourge on this planet and all destroying. If there's not enough food or housing for the bazillions of humans then there's too many. Long live the animals!!

Noted and signed - Scott - if you cannot stand united with us in protecting our animals from the horrendous atrocities of mankind, then you should not be here. Do something constructive with your life! I quite honestly couldn't give a damn about the starving humans - there are way too many of them on earth and 99% of them are straight from hell! This wicked, demonic piece of rubbish should die the same horrendous death this poor animal died. Let him feel the pain, the terror and the heartache this poor animal felt when it was left there by someone who was supposed to care for it.
