How can they not put together the fact that they are sending 73 Barred Owls to another area to try to save the cousin of this owl and then plan on culling 39 Barred owls in British Columbia? Stupid, I guess.

Super signed!! I have barred owls in my yard all of the time. Just leave them alone!!! They keep the rats down and I do believe there's plenty of those to go around for all of the raptors. Thanks Cher!
