I would sign, but it is us only.
It is saddening to know that thousands of animals are homeless and sometimes euthanized because they are not spayed/neutered :(

Animals dont ask to be taken in by people and then dumped Its so cruel then they end up being killed so they get the rough end of the stick in all ways
How would we like it as humans if this happened to us Ok some babies, people do get dumped but they are not put in to shelters and killed to get rid of them
Yes start speying and neutering them with government help Maybe only people allowed to have litters should be recognised registered breeders
cant sign US only but noted

Signed. TNR is the way to go. Maybe there should be a moratorium on breeders for a year plus ban puppy mills.

I couldn't sign, not US. They need to have spay and neuter clinics to control the animal population. How horrible so many are euthanized and the problem stems from the people. People decide they don't want them and dump them, people need to be responsible when they get a pet, they are not disposable and their lives matter. The dogs and cats we have, some are rescues and some from the shelter. At our shelter you can adopt an animal, but you pick it up at your vet of choice after it gets fixed and has its shots. The ones we rescue we take to our vet and they are checked, fixed and shots.I hate that these innocent victims pay the price at the hands of the ones that were supposed to care for them.
