I'm able to sign these US-only petitions because a kindly American C2 friend took me on as a 'virtual lodger'. Americans, if you have C2 friends from elsewhere, maybe you could do the same...? I see a lot of surveys unsigned because of the lack of an American address.

Why would they tax a shelter surely this is a charity and should not be taxed The governments never usually
give funds to these places so how can they ask for tax What a cheek!! when they are doing a job the government should be doing in the first place
