Is using all natural products on your skin always better for you? Or is that an out-dated notion that ignores scientific fact and advancements? If you use a lot of skin care products this is an important question to consider

don't forget that there's no gov't definition of "natural" and there are naturally occuring minerals that we consider bad, such as arsenic.

It seems to me that the most expensive facial care anyway seems to have the most ingredients in them
To make us think we are getting our moneys worth you think

O god, how to stave off the inevitable decay of the human body - all these silly body products. It's simple. Eat whole foods, move your body, be happy and if you must, try what's in your kitchen. It works !

Noted. I rarely buy these products. Ditto what Constance said!

I agree with Constance, but I also believe in science and technology. But the best is to get older and wise with pride. There is also the truth of the income. Rich people look in a better shape than poor people, I guess it's because poor people enjoy lesser than rich (they can't afford wholesome, healthy food).

The piece forgot to mention the ever important propylparben and methylparbens-both linked to cancer-that are found in unnatural products. Its even found in commercial deodorants.

Look at your hand lotions and face creams fot these 2 ingredients. If it is there, you are using the cheapest, dirtiest, most commercialized product of the lowest possible quality. Regardless of how much you actually paid for it.

If it is there, do yourself a favor and quit using it immediately. It is VERY strongly implicated in cancer.

And as always folks, read the ingredient labels.

The most important thing to remember when buying cosmetics is to make sure they are not tested on animals.
