Ginger is one lucky doggy and Jamie is a great guy. If you really love an animal and you're going thru' separation keep the animal. The person you separate from may not have the same level of attachment. As a counsellor I have heard too many very sad endings for animals when couples split. I'm thrilled this story has a happy one for Ginger and Jamie.
