Our National Forests were never meant to be kept completely undeveloped and pristine, nor are they this way in the multiple use areas. Logging, mining, grazing, recreation are all valid uses of NF land. It's essential to have rules to protect watersheds, streams, wildlife, plants, etc., but we need input from all users and realistic rules to follow, not absolute rules banning any further construction of roads, or attempting to keep grazers 100 feet from any stream.

I'm pleased with the protection he recently provided against drilling in the artic. I'm also tired of idiots turning everything he does into politics. I do not care about politics when I ask for help for the environment & animals. Frankly, it is sad that we humans do not do what is right and have to be forced into protecting what God has given us.

Signed! I certainly hope that in the new forest planning rule that he includes provisions for monitoring and giving support to endangered species in the forests, as well as initiatives that keep waterways clean and unpolluted!
